      Learning of course needs interactions and so PSQs create a conductive learning environment.
      Whether teachers play a role in developing & practicing PSQs ,we may recall the great name of Shri Nishkameshwar Mishra ji because of whose great contribution in a humble student's life a whole country could get a great leader like Lal Bahadur Shastriji.

It binds us in such a way, where we feel nearness and that is most important for effective teaching-learning process. When there is bonding amongst teacher and students... Learning become easier as distance evaporates. It creates a congenial atmosphere, which dash out all fear and difficulties.. Learning becomes happiness.

    Of course PSQs helps very much in learning. Some of the important PSQs like care, concern, empathy, cooperation etc. practised in School or in classroom help in creating a conducive environment. This is the precondition for learning.

Instructors do play an important role in establishing and practicing PSQs in secondary students, since most students look up to teachers. For instance when a teacher does not conduct the class in English, pupils immediately believe it is acceptable not to take English speaking seriously.   98. PSQ are basis for creating a favorable environment for learning. What are PSQ's an understanding about others, concern for others well-being, being sensitive to how others feel, the ability to he trust worthy. Not just being sympathetic but actually being able to empathize.
    As a teacher PSQ's has played a very important part in the teaching learning process. At times, or many a times students have not come up with a right answer , as a teacher we need to get down to their level to understand why they have gotten the concept wrong and find ways to teach them in a manner that they are able to comprehend the concept from their perspective and so be able to write the correct answer. Sometimes students comes up with a new concept of solving problems, we need to see and appreciate that as that will help them to further their skills in solving problems, in these challenging times, teacher needs to be more sensitive to students emotions. Many a times during this pandemic I greet the class virtually with happiness in my voice and start with a story which is inspiring and if a student does not respond, after the class I call to ensure that the student is not unwell or is facing problems ,I let them know that they can rely on me if they have problems or they can tell their parents if they encounter any difficulties as Parents are there for them, or for orphans their close relatives. Sometimes I give group assignments so that students can interact with one another to do their work and this enhances communication and understanding and something I believe they share their problems too which is lighten as their friends and fellow students listen with sympathy at the same time they empathize with one another and help.oje another to seek solutions not just for the assignments but to seek solutions to the problems they encounter.
