Our school does face some challenges at the organizational front, the school size is considerably large which affects space and staff which in turn affects the student-teacher ratio. We lack certain resources such as ICT enabled classrooms and a proper/well stocked library. There is a lot of room for improvement on the academic front.
Existing Challenges of our School: To many students need to be accommodated Lack of infrastructure for enrolling students desiring to get admitted Covers huge catchment area Enrolling students have poor background of preceding lower classes Lack of Accommodation, Transport facilities for the students
Numbers of student go on increasing each year but teacher remain the same so we don't have enough time to tackle each student problem and lack of communication between student
My school faces a huge challenge of basic infrastructural facilities and from the sanitation point of view, the sanitary conditions are simply pathetic and deplorable.Further the three basic L's are missing in my school- Laboratory,Library and Lavatory( albeit, we have- but its sanitary conditions is shabby with no proper full time safai- karmachari or cleaners).Further,my school has become a centre for earning rather than learning and professional rivalries and discrimination on the basis of vernacularity is nothing new...Some people think that the school is their fiefdom and promotes nepotism, boot- licking and harbours extreme animosity towards some hard working teachers.I can write a thesis on the shortcomings of my school...Fees are collected in the name of those facilities which are virtual and does not cater to the needs of the students. Running a parallel private business right under the nose of the authorities concerned and thinking about profit is the only motive of the school...The school have no canteen facilities and wifi internet connections are meant for the few people who are bootlickers and " YES MADAM" people. There is a sense of mistrust which is created by the administration only and the Managing Committee is like a Show Piece who does just the cosmetic survey of the school. The teachers are not taken into consideration( only few are there to decide) and who opposes the wrongdoings of the authority concerned, becomes the thorn of the eyes...Educationally, it is quite painful to see below the par involvement of some teachers and they also play hookey or truant when it comes to teaching...Unfortunately,the school is losing its glorious academic past. But, that's the irony.
One of the most difficult challenge is teaching a bigger group as catering to each becomes difficult and sometimes we feel we are unable to give the proper attention to the students
One of the foremost problem is low academic performance of the students. The system of education is examination centres encouraging students to memorize the knowledge with out understanding the concept.
The biggest problem of the school I teach is lack of infrastructural facilities as well as innovative resources/materials for bringing about a change in teaching. This holds back all teachers from applying creative teaching strategies. Moreover the management and decision making authorities are not really active participants in the school development and the academic process. Learning outcomes are limited to scoring decent marks for them.
The existing challenges in our secondary school with respect to students learning are lacking of infrastructure, teaching materials, library, laboratory etc.
The challenges that we face in our school in the rural areas is that many of the students lag behind on elementary level competencies. This present a huge learning gap that is only intensified when advance curriculum are introduced in secondary school in preparation for the board exam.
learning outcomes are examination based assessment and scoring decent marks is the only target of learners. This encourages rote-learning and hampers understanding the concept.
When it comes to infrastructure our school fairs well. Our teaching faculty strength is superb, quality wise soso. What our school needs is a proper library , playground, recreation room, ICT's, spacious laboratories, and a guidance and counseling cell. We are optimistic as our views are always heard, so we hope the future will shine bright for our school.
1.No proper laboratory facilities 2.Many students do not study at home but perform homeworks only 3.Many students do not long for competition, but are satisfied with having passed only. 4.Many students neglect Grammar 5.In co-ed schools, attraction among some members of opposite sex lead to decline in academic achievements. 6.Unlimited access to use of mobile phone for on line learning leads to misuse of mobile phones by students.
An important challenge for secondary school leaders is to lead the school development process right from building a collaborative vision with all the stakeholders, to planning and implementing the school development plan as one mind together. Unity in tackling the problem at hand. This is a huge challenge as tasks associated with this run throughout the academic year. Therefore, this process requires the school leaders to to come together as teams and encouraging innovations amongst the leaders and fostering strong student learning and school-community/parent bonds as well.
The great challenge for us the teacher is the huge numbers in classroom, diversity of students, background, financial and infrastructure. But our focus is to make the students learned
1.We do not have a library room for our children. 2.We need a students' common room for our higher secondary & secondary section students. 3.Though arrangement of water is there, proper arrangement of sanitation facilities in terms of no. of toilets for students to maintain a hygienic environment with running water facility is yet to be covered. 4.Arrangement of drinking water for students.
As a teacher in secondary school for the last ten years, I have come across many challenges that the school has been facing regarding the facilities that learners should actually be provided. There are many managerial, organizational, leadership skill, etc challenges which are needed to be improved and kept up to date by trainers and head teacher as well so that there will be an over all benefits and effective learning for students.
Our school does faces many challenges like lack of infrastructures, facilities and Financial support. We also lack certain resources such as ICT enabled classroom and a proper library.
Our school face some challenges like lack of infrastructural facilities (laboratory, library,ICT enabled classroom), playground, guidance and counselling cell, teaching aids and innovation resources for bringing about a better teaching learning process.
Our school face so many challenges with respect to student learning, most of them are school infrastructure, classrooms are not sufficient to do activities that are helpful in learning, no science laboratories, no computer room , no library room. Students opportunity to learn is hindered by these many challenges. Help is needed to promote better learning process . Trained teachers face these challenges on the phase of implementation.
The difficulties are so many to mention .The background of students ,teachers ,trainers ,educators ,etc is one of the factor. The physical environment, social ,economic, linguistic, religion, .etc the physical infracture ,the transport ,The fundings, the pay structure of the stake holders.etc.
One of the challenges that our school is facing is the class size.Large class size of 60+ per section has affected the ability of students learning in a big way. Until and unless the class sizes is reduced to 35 or 40 per class/section, this problem will continue to affect the performance and learning outcome of our students.
One of the challenges that we as teachers face in the secondary level is teaching a large number of students in one class, the ratio being 45:1. Apart from that, there is lack of proper technology like ICT which could help the learner to have a clear concepts. Another challenge is the background of the students. Many of them came from a background where there are less encouragements from the side of the parents.
The existing challenge with respect to student learning is that there are too many students in the classroom, which makes it impossible to cater/respond to individual attention.
Challenges are part and parcel of life but some do hamper the positive growth if not dealt with. The challenges that we face with student learning is the lack of a spacious infrastructure, a huge intake in the number of students where the ratio of the teacher and the taught is highly imbalance thus causing a great hindrance. Currently, the ongoing pandemic is one of the major factors where student learning becomes a great issue.
The existing challenges that the secondary school where I teach faces are lack of smart classrooms ,the size of the students which is quite big and because of which providing individual attention to the learners is quite impossible. Moreover, there is also lack of teaching-learning materials.
When it comes to infrastructure our school, our school does face some problems like laboratory, library, ICT enabled classroom, playground, guidance and counselling cell, etc
Our secondary students are mostly from rural areas where they communicate in their own dialects. But learning language medium is English. As our school caters multi-community students, it is a big challenge in teaching-learning process.
Big classroom sizes with mix ability students it is challenging for the teacher to facilitate learning for all. Lack of ITC infrastructure is a big hindrance for both the learners as well as the teachers.
The following are the existing challenges that are faced with respect to student learning 1. Students have no motivation to study 2. Most of the parents are uneducated so many of them do not study at home 3. There is no competitive spirit among the students 4. Majority students are satisfied just passing the exam 5. Students are not in a habit of speaking English so they do not understand what taught to them in the class
There are so many challenges that the school faces like higher proportion of teacher-student ratio so it's difficult to cater to the needs of all students. And some problem like lack of ICT,library, labarotary, guidance and counselling club.etc
Rural schools are facing many challenges like infrastructure, Lack of motivation for learning, Communication skills, over crowded class rooms, absence of ICT, etc.
There are many challenges that our school faces with respect to students learning. Some of these are: Lack of proper infrastructure such as laboratories, libraries, etc. Proper teaching aids are not available. Teacher- student ratio keeps on changing from one academic year to another, absence of trained teachers, the assessment is examination centric.
There are many challenges that our school faces with respect to student-learning.Some are: Lack of proper infrastructure such as libraries, laboratories and teaching aids and poor IT infrastructure.I feel that secondary schools must have definite aims related to the practical life of the students.
There are many challenges our school is facing.Lack of infrastructional facilities like larger classrooms, larger recreational rooms and playgrounds, digital rooms,ICT,innovative learning resources/materials which affects the students performance. Moreover, many teachers are facing problems in adapting with this technological age.I feel that trainings and workshops should be conducted in Schools to help teachers overcome this problem .Only then learning outcome of students will improve.
The existing challenges our school is facing-1 No ICT in the classroom. 2 Students communicate with mother tongue, they are scared to speak in English. If we ask them in English they do not respond. But if we ask in our mother tongue they will reply/ answer. 3As most of the parents are not well educated they do not check their wards copy. Even if we give them homework, they failed to do so.
We have dedicated teachers but we faces many challenges because many students do not have the basic foundation in many subjects especially in maths ,science and English. We dnt have science lab, library, no ICT classroom, no playground and no water
Our school has several challenges in regard to the learning of the students since it is not fully government so teachers keep on changing ,not frequently but after years so this affect the learning of the students.
The number of staff has an influence on the student-to-teacher ratio. There are less ICT-enabled classrooms, and the library is underequipped. There is a lot of room for improvement in the classroom. With an increasing student population but a decreasing instructor population.
Lack of infrastructure, imbalanced teacher-student ratio, students poor educational background, many students does not have smart phones for online classes to combat the covid pandemic challenge...
In our school enrollment of students increasing every year and we lack infrastructural facilities as well as innovative resources .poor school infrastructure is one of the main factors impacting academic performance.
A. Infrastructure is the main challenge. During classes noise can be heard from the adjacent classrooms as there are poor partitioning of the rooms.
B. Language barrier is also another problem as students in rural areas couldn't express their ideas in English as they tend to speak only in mother tongue.
C. The annual syllabus is over crowded and the students have no time to visit the school library.
Challenges with respect to learning in the secondary level are varied. At this level, learners are still at the adolescent stage. It is a crucial stage which can pose a challenge to every teacher and need to be wisely handled with care. It requires both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for learning. Greater challenge to a teacher will be if a learner is not self motivated to learn.
With classrooms having diverse learners, the task to achieve goals of learning becomes more complicated, especially when size of the class or the student-teacher ratio is not ideal.
During this pandemic, with a shift from classroom environment to digital classroom, challenges increase as it is difficult to come to a common ground in imparting education as the issue of equality and equity in the transaction of learning is no longer simple with varied socio-economic backgrounds. If the gap between the haves and the have-nots are too wide, the challenge for students learning creates different disparities in acquiring knowledge.
Ensuring learning for students requires teamwork in every school for overall development of learners. But if one or two fail to focus on team spirit and lack responsibility or dedication from both teachers and heads of institutions it greatly affects students' learning. Low professional ethics by teachers pose more challenges to students' learning. Proficiency and expertise in the subject taught are essential for fulfilling and providing fruitful learning experience to every student.
In the context of education, lack of vision, planning and commitment by the heads of institutions will further derail the educational process of the institution that will ultimately retard students' learning.
Lack of cooperation and participation of stakeholders, for example parents or guardians is also another concern that aggravated the problems for learning in students.
Adoption of a teacher-centred rather than learner-centred approach totally poses a greatest threat to learning that has far reaching consequences.
The curriculum that focuses on academics only does not inspire or motivate young learners especially those students who exhibit different kinds of skills, potentialities and efficiencies on vocational streams.
Learners of today are exposed to a variety of technology. Traditional classrooms cannot grasp their attention and interests anymore. Using and integration of ICTs in the transaction of education in the classroom will surely help to reduce challenges in students' learning. Moreover if schools are equipped and can blend classroom teaching with the use of ICTs it will reduce problems faced by learners from low income groups.
The existing challenges our school facing are lack of infrastructure facilities, ICT, Playground, digital rooms, innovative learning resources and materials which affect the performance of the Students.
Some of the existing challenges that are faced with respect to student learning are; Balancing the different needs of students. Also, today, the students not only have to cope with academic and peer pressure, but also have to deal with unrealistic parental expectations. This is leading to unprecedented stress in the students. This is the biggest challenges for us as teacher as to how we motivate, guide and encourages the student, when they under perform, lose their focus and are distracted due to various circumstances. Also, family factors such as divorce, single parent, poverty, violence and many other issues are all challenges a student bring to school everyday.
Secondary level of education is an important part in every person’s life, it is a very crucial time in life of an individual. As adolescents develop their personal identities, self-esteem and social acceptance are critical and in order to fulfill this children need the basic knowledge of life skills which is I fell is missing.
There are many challenges faced by schools of our country. It may be in rural or urban, problem remains some what same. To underline the challenges, some of the important is being cited below: 1) Pupil Teacher ratio. In many schools, it is 50:1. But as per guide line, it is 30:1. It is more worse in +2 section. The ratio goes to more than 100 per teacher. On the other side class room is so small that all the students find difficult to fit in especially in the compulsury subjects like Eng./MIL. 2) Class rooms are over packed, many a times it becomes difficult to reach out individual learner. 3) There no facility to take class using multimedia. I am still using Chalk, duster & black board. These days chalks are so soft and dusty, it becomes difficult to breath sometime which cleaning the board. 4) All the class rooms should have proper electric connection. Many a times it becomes difficult see the write up in the book, especially in the rainy season. 5) A proper Library is a must in the school. It is missing after requesting for many times. To keep a library is not going solve the problem, without appointing a full-time librarian. It is not just say any staff that, if you are having a off class then seat in the library. Teacher may have some plan to use the free time to prepare for the next class. 6) A proper internet communication is the need of the hour. We don't have in our school till date. I have to use my personal one, when ever I need. 7) There should be labs fr different subjects, like geography, English, history, mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc. Above some of challenges faced by many schools in our country, my school is not left out. If write all, it will be a long essay. So, I have mentioned some important one. All the above views are mine & I am facing regularly. Some readers differ from my views.
Our school faces many challenges. Some of these challenges are like, lack of infrastructural facilities, lack of financial support, lack of proper teaching aids. All these challenges are posing a hindrance in the process of teaching and learning.
The biggest challenge is the diversity of student population in our school. There is a huge learning gap between students who have been studying in urban schools from the primary level and those joining our school at the elementary and secondary levels from rural areas..and there are many. The teaching learning process within the classroom is therefore not the same for all..some students have progressed ahead compared to others. This gap not only affects the whole teaching learning process but also affects the confidence of both sets of students.
An important challenge for secondary school leaders is to lead the school leaders school development process right from building acollaborative vision with all the stakeholders, to planing and implementing the school development plan as one mind together.unity in tracking the problem at hand.this is a huge challenge at hand. T roblem that we face face are lacking infrastructure, and teaching aids .Lack of library.our school faces many challenges .Lack of financial support .Lack of proper class room.
The lack of proper infrastructure, ICT and a functioning library can be considered one of the more prominent challenges faced in the current Secondary School.
A few of the challenges faced by our school are lack of proper sanitary conditions, arrangements of drinking water, lack of a science lab, lack of proper technology like ICT, lack of communication since students tend to communicate in their own dialects and not in English.
Closure of schools and rapid move to distance learning due to the deadly coronavirus pandemic is a great challenge with respect to students learning.Distance learning will reinforce teaching and learning approachs that we know do not work well. Many of these approaches can be very solitary and didactic.Students were asked to watch videos, read notes online or click through presentations-that's really dull. Not every student had access to digital devices or internet connectivity at home For students who do not have access,we need to find a way to reach them.
We know that education is a continuous and dynamic process especially we have witnesses in this current time with the outbreak of Covid 19 teachers are thrown with the challenging task of e-learning.We know that most schools lack the proper ICT infrastructure and teachers too are thrown with the surprise of learning and mastering the usage of technology inorder to impart knowledge to students. Where in reality we know that most of the teachers especially in the rural India don't know how to make use of technologies and this will surely lead to the gap between the rural and urban and between 'the have' and the 'have not.' On the other hand there is lack of teaching faculties where in most cases a teacher will have to teach many other subjects including his/her own specialise subject and this make the teacher very tired and he/she will not be able to give her best even with her own specialise subject.
The problem faces in rural school are 1-InAppropriate size of class room. 2-Lack of proper infrastructure and facility. 3-Absent of Library and Laboratory.
Rural schools faces many challenges,no infrastructure facilities for both students and teachers.Lacking of these, unfortunately makes the rural students not to come at par with others.
Syllabus is overcrowded and bookish Lack of cooperation with parents and guardians Learning gaps from elementary education. Many of the students at the secondary level lag behind on elementary-level competencies. Poor IT infrastructure. ... Absence of life skills training.
Our school faces a lot of challenges with infrastructure as class size is large but classrooms are small and hence overcrowded, there are less rooms and lack of ICT.
Most schools does face some challenges at the organizational front, the size of the school affects the student-teacher ratio. certain resources such as ICT enabled classrooms and a proper/well stocked library play an important role in the holistic development of the learners. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in most of the schools of the country.
The existing challenges that are faced with respect to students learning --There is no competitive spirit among the students. Most of the parents are uneducated.
We don't have a functioning library...we don't have a full-time teacher for EVS...we don't have proper wash rooms for students...we don't have students' common room...our staff room is congested, furnitures are not that great.
In our rural areas most of the school lack proper infrastructure and facilities which make teachers and management difficult to tackle many forms of challenges. Number of students go on increasing each year but number of teachers remain the same.
Our school is one of the biggest school in the locality but sad to say that there are many things still lacking; students keeps increasing year by year _teachers remains in the same number, teachers' parents' communication is very difficult.
Our school faces the challenge of language barrier . Coming from lower primary which is vernacular, students are unable to understand the teachers when they speak or understand the language in the book. This creates lack of motivation and students end up doing badly.
Existing Challenges of our School: To many students need to be accommodated Lack of infrastructure for enrolling students desiring to get admitted Covers huge catchment area Enrolling students have poor background of preceding lower classes Lack of Accommodation, Transport facilities for the students
Providing quality education is quite a difficult task if the student- teacher ratio does not tally with the recommended number even, if all the other basic and essential requisites of a proper school are all in place. However, I can understand that the school management cannot deny the Right to Education of a child and it does not have control over population explosion either.
There are many challenges that our school faces with respect to students learning. Some of these challenges are:- 1. Family background 2.Most of the parents are uneducated they depend only to the teachers 3. Most of the students are lazy and they don't have the habit of studying 4. Some of the challenges faced by our school are--family backgrounds , uneducated parents, lack of infrastructure, low income of parents , learning gap from elementary education.
There are many challenges that our school is facing besides being in rural. These are the challenges that we have to face at all times: family background, uneducated parents, language barrier, lack of infrastructure, low family income, just to name a few.
Existing challenges the school faces are 1. Unplanned improper school building 2. Too many students compared to the sizes of classrooms 3. Admitting students in higher classes without the basic knowledge 4.No school laboratory, library, sports equipment though high fees are collected each year for all these. 5. Wide gap between administrative and academic team.
There is no library, laboratory and no proper playground for the children, moreover water and sanitation needs improvement. Large enrolment in certain classes could be felt during the Pandemic, when teachers have to take offline classes. It was a challenge for teachers when a class is divided into groups and the same lesson has to be taught many times.
Our School faces a lot of challenges with respect to the students learning in the secondary section due to following factors. 1) Poor infrastructure of the institute for the last two decades aid to the learning challenges among the students 2) Unavailability of proper Library and Laboratory which is one of the prime infrastructure is lacking in our school. 3) Being located at the hilly part of Shillong i e Lumparing ,it is very difficult to get the proper network coverage which is the hindrance for the digital learning by our students and we cannot adopt blended mode of education. 4) Most students being first generation learners of their family and many being from financially deprived ,the teachers of the schools took full responsibility for their learning outcomes as parents role become minimal due to their less involvement.
Though our school is big and has proper infrastructure, we have students from poor family backgrounds and teachers have to understand the students' difficulties. There is no mixture because students come from one community leading to lack of competition and hesitancy to communicate in English which in turn leads to poor performance in academics.
Lack of infrastructure , less teachers & the inappropriate student-teacher ratio, lack of laboratory & other teaching facilities are faced in the school.
Our school faces a lot of challenges with regards to infrastructure as class size is large but classrooms are small and hence overcrowded, there are less rooms and lack of ICT.

The various challenges that the school has been facing regarding student learning include the need for trainers or teachers’ quality of teaching has to be improved and kept up to date through regular or frequent refresher courses so that there can be efficient and effective learning for students. Then there is the issue of a large number of students in a severely affecting student-teacher ratio. Also, better ICT facilities and proper ICT training for both teachers and students is a must nowadays in the current scenario. The challenges are exacerbated as many of the students came from a background where there minimal participation or encouragement from the family side in this era of on-line teaching. Ms B Lamare

ReplyDeleteour school does face some problems with lack facilities in laboratory and Liabrary
ReplyDeleteOne of the challenges that our school is facing is the class size.Large class size of 60+ per section has affected the ability of students learning in a big way. Until and unless the class sizes is reduced to 35 or 40 per class/section, this problem will continue to affect the performance and learning outcome of our students.
ReplyDeleteOne of the challenges that we as teachers face in the secondary level is teaching a large number of students in one class, the ratio being 45:1. Apart from that, there is lack of proper technology like ICT which could help the learner to have a clear concepts. Another challenge is the background of the students. Many of them came from a background where there are less encouragements from the side of the parents.
ReplyDeleteThere is no proper learning infra structure
ReplyDeleteLack of space and infrastructure.
ReplyDeleteThe existing challenge with respect to student learning is that there are too many students in the classroom, which makes it impossible to cater/respond to individual attention.
ReplyDeleteChallenges are part and parcel of life but some do hamper the positive growth if not dealt with.
ReplyDeleteThe main problem that we are facing in our school is the lack of a library.
ReplyDeleteThe existing challenges that the secondary school where I teach faces are lack of smart classrooms ,the size of the students which is quite big and because of which providing individual attention to the learners is quite impossible. Moreover, there is also lack of teaching-learning materials.
ReplyDeleteLack of basic infrastructural facilities is the main challenge.
ReplyDeleteLack of space, Classroom, large number of students.
ReplyDeleteStudent - Teacher ratio.
ReplyDeleteLarge group teaching is a most challenging one.
ReplyDeleteLack of facilities like poor internet connection
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to infrastructure our school, our school does face some problems like laboratory, library, ICT enabled classroom, playground, guidance and counselling cell, etc
ReplyDeleteOur secondary students are mostly from rural areas where they communicate in their own dialects. But learning language medium is English. As our school caters multi-community students, it is a big challenge in teaching-learning process.
ReplyDeleteBig classroom sizes with mix ability students it is challenging for the teacher to facilitate learning for all. Lack of ITC infrastructure is a big hindrance for both the learners as well as the teachers.
ReplyDeleteThe following are the existing challenges that are faced with respect to student learning
ReplyDelete1. Students have no motivation to study
2. Most of the parents are uneducated so many of them do not study at home
3. There is no competitive spirit among the students
4. Majority students are satisfied just passing the exam
5. Students are not in a habit of speaking English so they do not understand what taught
to them in the class
There are so many challenges that the school faces like higher proportion of teacher-student ratio so it's difficult to cater to the needs of all students. And some problem like lack of ICT,library, labarotary, guidance and counselling club.etc
ReplyDeleteThere is a mismatch between the size of the class room and the numbers of student particularly during combine class
ReplyDeleteThe challenges are lack of teaching aids, language problem and in rural areas heavy work of students at home.

ReplyDeleteLack of proper infrastructure such as laboratories, libraries, etc. Proper teaching aids are not available. Teacher- student ratio keeps on changing from one academic year to another, absence of trained teachers, the assessment is examination centric.
There are many challenges that our school faces with respect to student-learning.Some are:
ReplyDeleteLack of proper infrastructure such as libraries, laboratories and teaching aids and poor IT infrastructure.I feel that secondary schools must have definite aims related to the practical life of the students.
ReplyDeleteThe existing challenges our school is facing-1 No ICT in the classroom. 2 Students communicate with mother tongue, they are scared to speak in English. If we ask them in English they do not respond. But if we ask in our mother tongue they will reply/ answer. 3As most of the parents are not well educated they do not check their wards copy. Even if we give them homework, they failed to do so.
ReplyDeleteWe have dedicated teachers but we faces many challenges because many students do not have the basic foundation in many subjects especially in maths ,science and English. We dnt have science lab, library, no ICT classroom, no playground and no water
ReplyDeleteOur school has several challenges in regard to the learning of the students since it is not fully government so teachers keep on changing ,not frequently but after years so this affect the learning of the students.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest challenge has and will always be the infrastructure.
ReplyDeleteNumber of students goes on increasing each year thereby giving individual attention is difficult and lack of communication between students.
ReplyDeleteMost important challenge that we face is lack of proper infrastructure such as libraries, laboratories and teaching aids and poor IT infrastructure.
ReplyDeleteLack of infrastructures
ReplyDeleteThe number of staff has an influence on the student-to-teacher ratio. There are less ICT-enabled classrooms, and the library is underequipped. There is a lot of room for improvement in the classroom. With an increasing student population but a decreasing instructor population.
ReplyDeleteLack of teaching facilities
ReplyDeleteLack of infrastructure, imbalanced teacher-student ratio, students poor educational background, many students does not have smart phones for online classes to combat the covid pandemic challenge...
ReplyDeleteIn our school enrollment of students increasing every year and we lack infrastructural facilities as well as innovative resources .poor school infrastructure is one of the main factors impacting academic performance.
ReplyDeleteThe main challenges are;
ReplyDeleteA.
Our school lack much infrastructures like good toilets, library with references books,no smart classes facilities, etc
ReplyDeleteBig group of students
ReplyDeleteChallenges in Students' Learning
ReplyDeleteChallenges with respect to learning in the secondary level are varied.
If I write also what government will do. Let them come see inspect and help the school
ReplyDeleteThe existing challenges our school facing are lack of infrastructure facilities, ICT, Playground, digital rooms, innovative learning resources and materials which affect the performance of the Students.
ReplyDeletechallenges are many but to name a few the school lacked proper infrastructure facilities, toilets, library etc.
ReplyDeleteHaving many students in the classroom.
ReplyDeleteSome of the existing challenges that are faced with respect to student learning are;
ReplyDeleteBalancing the different needs of students.
Lack of infrastructure and material.
ReplyDeleteThe main challenges that our school faces -lack of proper infrastructure, learning material etc
ReplyDeleteSecondary level of education is an important part in every person’s life, it is a very crucial time in life of an individual. As adolescents develop their personal identities, self-esteem and social acceptance are critical and in order to fulfill this children need the basic knowledge of life skills which is I fell is missing.
ReplyDeleteOne of the challenges is lack of teaching materials and laboratory
ReplyDeleteLack of proper classroom and ICT tools
ReplyDeleteThere are many challenges faced by schools of our country. It may be in rural or urban, problem remains some what same. To underline the challenges, some of the important is being cited below:
ReplyDelete1) Pupil Teacher ratio.
Lack of infrastructure
ReplyDeleteLack of ICT tools and inadequate teaching staff are the major challenges that our school is facing with respect to student learning.
ReplyDeleteThe number of students is large, so it's difficult to pay attention to the students individually.
ReplyDeleteIncreasing number of students create a barrier for students learning
ReplyDeleteOur school faces many challenges. Some of these challenges are like, lack of infrastructural facilities, lack of financial support, lack of proper teaching aids. All these challenges are posing a hindrance in the process of teaching and learning.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest challenge is the diversity of student population in our school.
ReplyDeleteThe main challenge that we are facing is that the number of students are more and giving them an individual attention is not possible.
ReplyDeleteAn important challenge for secondary school leaders is to lead the school leaders school development process right from building acollaborative vision with all the stakeholders, to planing and implementing the school development plan as one mind together.unity in tracking the problem at hand.this is a huge challenge at hand. ReplyDeleteLack of school library, teaching aids, and no laboratory facilities
ReplyDeleteClosure of schools and rapid move to distance learning due to the deadly coronavirus pandemic is a great challenge with respect to students learning.Distance learning will reinforce teaching and learning approachs that we know do not work well. Many of these approaches can be very solitary and didactic.Students were asked to watch videos, read notes online or click through presentations-that's really dull. Not every student had access to digital devices or internet connectivity at home For students who do not have access,we need to find a way to reach them.
ReplyDeleteWe know that education is a continuous and dynamic process especially we have witnesses in this current time with the outbreak of Covid 19 teachers are thrown with the challenging task of e-learning.We know that most schools lack the proper ICT infrastructure and teachers too are thrown with the surprise of learning and mastering the usage of technology inorder to impart knowledge to students. Where in reality we know that most of the teachers especially in the rural India don't know how to make use of technologies and this will surely lead to the gap between the rural and urban and between 'the have' and the 'have not.'
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand there is lack of teaching faculties where in most cases a teacher will have to teach many other subjects including his/her own specialise subject and this make the teacher very tired and he/she will not be able to give her best even with her own specialise subject.
Lack of good building, library and poor background from family.

ReplyDeleteMost schools does face some challenges at the organizational front, the size of the school affects the student-teacher ratio. certain resources such as ICT enabled classrooms and a proper/well stocked library play an important role in the holistic development of the learners. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in most of the schools of the country.
ReplyDeleteThe existing challenges that are faced with respect to students learning --There is no competitive spirit among the students. Most of the parents are uneducated.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have a functioning library...we don't have a full-time teacher for EVS...we don't have proper wash rooms for students...we don't have students' common room...our staff room is congested, furnitures are not that great.

ReplyDeleteOur school is one of the biggest school in the locality but sad to say that there are many things still lacking; students keeps increasing year by year _teachers remains in the same number, teachers' parents' communication is very difficult.
ReplyDeleteOur school faces the challenge of language barrier . Coming from lower primary which is vernacular, students are unable to understand the teachers when they speak or understand the language in the book. This creates lack of motivation and students end up doing badly.
ReplyDeleteTeaching a large number of students and giving proper individual attention to the student is the largest challenge faced by the teachers .

Lack of infrastructure for enrolling students desiring to get admitted
Covers huge catchment area
Enrolling students have poor background of preceding lower classes
Lack of Accommodation, Transport facilities for the students
School in rural areas mostly lack proper infrastructure and facilities which make teachers difficult to tackle many forms of challenges
ReplyDeleteProviding quality education is quite a difficult task if the student- teacher ratio does not tally with the recommended number even, if all the other basic and essential requisites of a proper school are all in place.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I can understand that the school management cannot deny the Right to Education of a child and it does not have control over population explosion either.
Teacher student ratio
ReplyDeleteThere are many challenges that our school faces with respect to students learning. Some of these challenges are:-

4) Most students being first generation learners of their family and many being from financially deprived ,the teachers of the schools took full responsibility for their learning outcomes as parents role become minimal due to their less involvement.
There are many students in each section of different classes. Subject teachers are less.
ReplyDeleteThough our school is big and has proper infrastructure, we have students from poor family backgrounds and teachers have to understand the students' difficulties. There is no mixture because students come from one community leading to lack of competition and hesitancy to communicate in English which in turn leads to poor performance in academics.
