    1) Conducting field trip for the students to Don Bosco Museum,State Central Library Museum or any place which have the exibition of our traditional weapons,attire, culture and many more.
    2) Conducting a school play to depict the cultural diversity and rich cultural heritage.
    3) Organising seminars and debates highlighting the issue regarding the importance of saving the environment.

I can tell the students of Class X to prepare a one act play in English and incorporate both the boys and girls to take active part to create a sense of Co-operative learning and coming together with the concept of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyaan and the theme of the play would also be the same.I can help them with writing the dialogues and choosing the characters of thr play. The dialogue delivery will play a pivotal role as to engage the students in language interactions, with expressions and intonation also also keeping in mind the phonetics of language learning.It will serve two purposes- Firstly, it will encourage the Students to have a rendezvous with each other in English language which will inculcate the habit of talking in English fluently and secondly- It will initiate co- operative domain of learning which is a part of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyaan and this type of activities will help open the cognitive abilities of the learners.

    1. A trip to Sacred Heart Museum for cultural as well as general knowledge.
    2. A trip to historical sites such as Nartiang -JH, Krem Tirot - WKH, U Lum Sohpet Bneng - RB, Ka Ìng Sad - EKH for cultural and historical knowledge.
    3.A trip to Root Bridge - EKH and Mawphlang Sacred Groove - EKH to inspire children to revere mother nature and gain knowledge on how to create a balance in the ecosystem.

  88. Firstly, under the cultural aspect, the students should be explained about the essence of 'unity in diversity' existing in our country and they can be provided a glimpse of the cultural ethos through videos and slide presentations.
    This can be imbibed in the children by celebrating the different cultural events and festivals, to a possible extent and provide knowledge about their importance and relevance.
    The students can be encouraged to participate in fancy dress competitions in different traditional attires and also make them aware as well as participate in cultural music and dance.
    Fairs can be arranged in the school, as a part of annual school day event, wherein, children from different cultural backgrounds can set up food courts of different cultural cuisines.
    All this can be made a part of the school curriculum which will help children to learn and respect the diverse cultures.
    Secondly, under environmental aspect, the children should be encouraged to undertake cleanliness
    drives not only in the school but also within the neighbourhood.
    They in turn can spread awareness amongst the neighbours and members of the community about the need and importance of cleanliness and conservation of the environment as well as encourage them to also participate in such programmes.
    Besides, raising awareness through painting and art competitions, slogan writing, quiz, essay writing and debate competitions which are regular events, students can be encouraged to carry out tree plantation programmes other than on World Environment Day.
    Gardening as a hobby can also be encouraged among children.
